Our apartment house offers a selection of cozy apartments, ranging from small to large. All accommodations feature a balcony or garden terrace and offer majestic views of the Dolomites. In summer, the refreshing saltwater pool beckons, while in the winter months, our exclusive and private 'forest sauna' provides pure relaxation. For winter sports enthusiasts, the apartment house includes a convenient ski storage room, and the bus stop is just a few steps away, making access to the surrounding slopes and hiking trails especially convenient.

We kindly ask for your understanding that access is granted exclusively to guests registered in the Apartments. Guests from the motorhome area and external visitors are not permitted to enter the Apartments area.

The dog must not be left alone in the apartment or on the balcony and it is not allowed to lie on the sofa/bed. According to the italian law, dogs must wear a muzzle and be kept on a leash in public. Arrival: Your apartment will be ready for you from 14:30. If you arrive later than 19:00, please just let us know.
Latest arrival with advance notice at 9 pm

Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 09:00 at the latest. Please settle your bill by 19:00 on the day before your departure.

Our private forest sauna is available to our guests during the cold season from mid-October to Easter. Located nearby, it creates a cozy alpine atmosphere. An inviting relaxation area encourages you to linger. The Finnish sauna is the perfect place for a refreshing break after an adventurous day. Enjoy the soothing warmth and the relaxing feeling of being in the forest in our little wellness oasis.

Our heated outdoor saltwater pool is open from May to mid-October, depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures. It is available to all guests of the apartments, the campsite, the Dolomites Lodges, and the Forest Tents. With a water surface of 144 m² and a depth of 1.35 meters, the pool provides ample space for relaxing hours and refreshing swims. Enjoy sunny days and unwind on the sunbathing lawn surrounding the pool.

In our bathrooms building, Miele washing machines and dryers with coin operation are available for your convenience. This allows for a quick and hassle-free laundry break during your stay, keeping you fresh and ready for your next adventures!

Start your day with a delicious breakfast from our new shop, 1974. Here, you'll find freshly baked rolls from the local baker, fragrant croissants, free-range eggs, meat from the local butcher, fruits, vegetables, and many other regional specialties.

Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday (except from mid-July to the end of September, when we are also open on Sunday mornings).

Please understand that only registered guests of the accommodation have access, but not guests from the pitch or visitors!
Access is not permitted and we cannot make any exceptions in this regard.

You are welcome to visit your friends on the pitch, but not the other way round.

During holiday periods, no dogs are allowed. In the off-season, a maximum of one dog is permitted, but only in certain Apartments and upon request.

For guests with dogs, a dog shower is available in the Dolomiten-Bad to provide your furry friend with a refreshing clean-up after a day in nature.
